# Worker

> Worker is a platform for creating, deploying, and operating persistent AI employees that do jobs in a company's own tools under explicit permissions.

A Worker does a job at a company, in the company's own tools. Workers connect to a broad catalog of company tools across email, messaging, project management, documents, sales, and more. Each Worker has its own email address and its own computer. Its rules are allow, ask or never, enforced on Worker's servers. Every read and action in a company's tools is logged, starting with the first run. A Worker keeps notes on how the team works, and approved lessons go into a shared Company Brain.
